You are one brave soul, for actually trying to read the Terms and Conditions. I bow my head to you.
Since I know how long, boring and complicated Terms and Conditions can be, I will try to make these as short and as easy as possible. However, they are necessary, since once in a while a bad apple will come along and will try to ruin all the fun, for us planner girls, who are playing nice in the sand box. Terms and Conditions are necessary, to keep this a fun and happy place. So without making this too long, let me tell you what the Terms and Conditions are, so that we can move on to the more fun stuff: stickers, planners and everything else we love so much in “Planner-Girl-Land”.
Panache International, LLC. is the operator of the www.panache-girl.com site.
By accessing, browsing or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Easy, right? Ok, let’s move on.
I do encourage you, to review these Terms once in a while, because once in a while I might have to make some minor updates to these Terms. I will not clutter your email inbox with emails about boring Terms and Conditions updates, so it will be best if you come back here once in a while and check on any changes, so that you are always informed on how the cookie crumbles and how the stickers stick :-)
Your continued use of the Site will constitute your acceptance of any such changes.
Agreement to these Terms also constitutes your agreement to the Panache-Girl Privacy Policy.
To use the site and to place an order, you have to be 13 years old and older. Sorry Kids! This means, that if you are a minor, you must obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use the Site and agree to these Terms. If you are not sure what this means, please get up now and get your Mom or Dad, to make sure you are ok to place an order with me.

AUTOMATIC MONTHLY RENEWAL TERMS
Your PanacheGirl subscription is subject to automatic renewal. This means that it will be automatically renewed on a month-to-month basis and your payment method will automatically be charged for each month at the then-current subscription rate until you cancel your Monthly Subscription renewal. You agree that Panache-Girl may submit monthly charges, to your chosen payment method without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice that you wish to terminate this authorization or to change your payment method. You agree that such notice will not affect charges submitted before PanacheGirl reasonably could act. - Does that make sense? I hope so.
In a nutshell: you agree to pay for your subscription until you don’t. Once you don’t want these awesome stickers any more, you will have to let me know, but I will get to that in a moment.
CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND PAYMENTS
I do accept all major credit cards in my shop. Please note that for your protection and governed by law, I DO NOT have access to and DO NOT STORE your credit card information. Your credit card information and your payment submitted, is processed, stored and protected by my payment facilitator “Stripe”.
If your payment does get declined or does not process properly for any reason, you will not receive any subscription sets, until your payment is received. PanacheGirl is not responsible for declined or non-processed payments. The regular order/automatic and payment dates and terms apply.
SHIPPING
Please make sure that you enter the correct shipping address. PanacheGirl is not responsible for non-delivered mail, if the address was not entered correctly during the order process.
a) DOMESTIC SHIPPING (within continental US)
Shipping is FREE within the US. I ship all subscriptions via USPS including tracking number. Once your set has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification including tracking number.
b) INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping outside the US is a $5 flat fee. I ship all subscriptions via USPS. Please be aware that international shipping does NOT include a tracking number and I’m not able to carry the liability for international shipments. Once your set has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification.
To keep shipping costs as low as possible, I can not be held responsible for delivery outside the US. So if you order as an international subscriber, please be aware that you do so at your own risk.
NOTE: So far I have only had positive experiences with shipping abroad. If you ever have a problem with delivery of your subscription outside of the US, please let me know and I will try to get to the bottom of it.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS
Panache-Girl subscriptions are on a Month-to-Month basis and they renew automatically. To cancel your Monthly Subscription, you may:
1. log into your account and follow the cancellation procedures there OR
2. send me an email to support@panache-girl.com and I will do it for you.
Please be aware that if you cancel after your payment has been processed, I will not be able to issue you a refund for that payment. If your payment has already cleared by the time you cancel, you will receive one more set. No refunds will be issued on already processed payments.
SUBSCRIPTION CHANGES
a) CHANGE PATTERN:
When you sign up for the PanacheGirl subscription, I ask you to select a pattern theme (Romantic or Sassy), which you will then receive moving forward. Patterns change on a monthly basis, however, the theme stays the same.
If you would like to change the theme, you can do so within your account.
NOTE: If you change your theme BEFORE your monthly subscription payment has been processed, you will receive the new pattern the following month.
If you change your pattern AFTER your payment has been processed, the change will go into effect a month later.
b) CHANGE SIZE:
When you sign up for the PanacheGirl subscription, I ask you to select a set size (Small or Large), which you will then receive moving forward.
If you would like to change the size of your set, you will have to cancel your current subscription and order the new size. You can do so right within your account.
NOTE: If you cancel your subscription BEFORE your monthly subscription payment has been processed, your cancellation will become effective immediately, and you can order the new size immediately, which you will receive the following month.
If you cancel your subscription and order a new size AFTER your payment has been processed, you will receive one more set and the change will go into effect a month later.
Please be aware that I’m not able to make any changes or issue refunds, once your payment has processed.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please understand that I’m a small business and I can’t accept returns.
You may not return any PanacheGirl subscription package you receive.
But please don’t worry: if you have any concerns about the set you have received, please contact me and I will do my very best to make things right. All sets are HANDMADE! No mass production here in Panache-Girl Land :-) !
Everything you receive is designed, printed, cut, assembled and shipped by me. I do quality control and I do everything I can, to make sure you have an outstanding sticker shopping experience. However, things happen, so if you are not completely satisfied, please contact me and give me the chance to resolve any issues that might arise. I love and want only happy planner girls! SUSPEND/PUT SUBSCRIPTION ON HOLD
If you ever need a break, for any reason, you can take a “break” from the PanacheGirl subscription. Let’s say you are moving, or going on vacation or go on a “no-spend” month, simply log into your account and put your subscription on hold (suspend your subscription). Then take just take the “suspension” off, when you are ready to receive your next shipment. I never want you to feel like you HAVE to order. I want you to WANT to order.
Note: Please be aware that if you suspend your subscription after your payment has been processed, I will not be able to issue you a refund for that payment. You will receive one more subscription set and your subscription will “go on break" after that shipment has been sent to you.
